Clos de Vougeot is a wine for ageing, it will keep some twenty years or more (depending on storage conditions)

Uncork the wine several hours before serve it at a temperature of fifteen-sixteen degrees.

This wine will suit with feathered game, forerib of beef, roast veal, braised lamb and with cheese such as Epoisses, Langres, Cîteaux.
