In the winetasting...purple-blue ruby, violet and liquorice scented, this wine is a nectar with voluptuous balance and richness.

Mazis-Chambertin is a wine for ageing, it will keep some twenty years or more (depending on storage conditions)

Uncork the wine several hours before serve it at a temperature of fifteen-sixteen degrees.

This wine will match with feathered game, rib steak, roast lamb in gravy, and with cheese such as Epoisses, Cîteaux, Ami du Chambertin.
