It is a Grand Cru Burgundy made exclusively with Pinot Noir. The vineyards of Charmes-Chambertin, 27 years old, are located on clay and limestone soil. The Estate operates a total area of 1,3187 ha.

In the winetasting...Ruby-red with musky scents, these are very full wines, the delicacy of which envelopes the persistence.

Charmes-Chambertin is a wine for ageing, it will keep some twenty years or more (depending on storage conditions)

Uncork the wine several hours before serve it at a temperature of fifteen-sixteen degrees.

This wine will match with feathered game, rib steak, roast lamb in gravy, and with cheese such as Epoisses, Cîteaux, Langres.
