The vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin, 30 years old, are located on clay and limestone soil. This wine's area is 7.0221 ha.

A tasting ...Garnet-red, it combines resin aromas with a superb mellow construction in a harmony of distinguished tannins.

The Gevrey-Chambertin is a wine storage, it will keep some twenty years or more (depending on storage conditions), but it can begin to be enjoyed between five and ten years.

Uncork the wine several hours before serve it at a temperature of fifteen-sixteen degrees.

This wine will match with Ham marbling, Rabbit in mustard sauce, fondue bourguignonne, camenbert.
